The ultimate protection against malware, spoofing and phishing

Proactive management of servers and network equipment including the installation of updates, drives, firmware and regular preventative maintenance.

Weekly checks for all backups, antivirus systems and a full 6 monthly disaster recovery test will also be carried out.

We utilise a change management system to record any changes, aid in fault resolution and minimise any downtime. A monitoring system will be used 24/7/365 with automatic fault reporting to alert us of any potential fault. All monitoring faults are logged as incidents in our helpdesk and investigated by an engineer.

Our Cyber Security Review service provides a high-level overview of various areas of your IT provision and the aim of the report is to assist you in improving your cyber security across your entire IT network.

Our Cyber Security Review includes 1/2 day remote survey followed by a summarised Red, Amber, Green (RAG) report with recommendations and a follow up Teams meeting. The review process usually takes 5-10 working days.
