We can provide our Fresh Start service which includes installing a brand new system and servicing all of your IT equipment, read more here.
Our Fresh Start service provides you with a brand new, tried and tested sytem, onsite or in the cloud, to give your IT stable foundations. All IT equipment at the school is serviced and all classroom equipment is tested and calibrated. Our Fresh Start service is so reliable, that we can also give you 25% off your annual IT support cost.
A consultation with a senior infrastructure engineer, followed by the new system setup and testing and onsite change over. Your Unlimited IT support starts from day one.
It normally takes 2-5 days for 2-3 engineers onsite at the school, depending on the size of the school.
Everyone will be able to work on their first day, an engineer can be onsite on day one to resolve any teething problems.
